Watts Academy uses basketball as the hook and mentorship as the point. Our focus is not athletic talent. It
is commitment, character, growth, and opportunity. Through year round mentorship, leadership
development, mental fitness training, academic accountability, and competitive basketball, we give
students the support system they need to succeed in life, not just on the court. When you sponsor a
student, the Watts Foundation stays with that student all year: monitoring academics, supporting their
family, and helping them push through setbacks.
